Qigong, an internal martial art, is the big brother of Tai Chi, Acupuncture, Acupressure and Reflexology. All of the knowledge of the energy points and meridians of the body was discovered by Qigong masters thousands of years ago.  

Many scientific studies show that regular Qigong practice strengthens the immune system and helps combat illness. It reduces inflammation, aids in managing chronic conditions, and alleviates fatigue and pain and can be a game changer for aging gracefully, boosting cognitive function and restoring balance. 

How can Qigong help me be more productive?

Stress and worry are some of the biggest ways we lose Qi on a daily basis. When we learn to conserve our energy, by quickly calming the nervous system, lowering blood-pressure, and centering our minds, we are able to think more clearly, complete tasks more efficiently and keep our hearts open to our co-workers and clients.  

To support the cultivation of Qigong, it is also important to eat a healthy, balanced diet, drink plenty of water, spend time in fresh air, get enough sleep, refrain from smoking and excessive fatty foods and alcohol. Our primary sources of Qi are the air we breathe and the food we eat. Meditation practices that help to gather Qi from outside sources are supplementary. Conserving the vital life force (Jing Essence) and Qi that you already have is more important that gathering Qi from outside yourself.
